charter flights

How do I book a charter flight with Haven Aero?

You can call, email, or fill out our charter request form. We’ll send you options based on your preferred departure time, number of passengers, and destination.

What kind of aircraft do you operate?

We operate a fleet of light, midsize, and heavy jets—including a CJ2+, Citation XL, Falcon 50, and Falcon 900—as well as King Air turboprops.

How much notice do you need to schedule a trip?

We recommend 24–48 hours, but we can sometimes accommodate same-day trips depending on crew and aircraft availability.

Can I bring pets?

Yes, most aircraft are pet-friendly. Let us know ahead of time so we can make proper arrangements.

Are there catering and ground transportation options?

Absolutely. We can arrange catering, rental cars, and hotel reservations—just let us know what you need.

Aircraft Management

What services are included in Haven’s aircraft management program?

We handle scheduling, crew, compliance, maintenance, hangar, insurance, and accounting. We also offer charter revenue opportunities under our Owner Advantage Program.

Can I still use my own pilots or maintenance provider?

We prefer to manage all aspects for consistency and compliance, but we’ll work with you to find the best arrangement.

Do I have to put my aircraft on charter if I enroll in management?

No, charter is optional—but many owners choose it to offset costs and enjoy potential tax advantages.

Where will my aircraft be based?

We operate out of Amarillo, TX (AMA), but we can manage your aircraft anywhere in the USA.

Flight Brokerage

What’s the difference between flight brokerage and charter?

Charter uses our fleet. Flight brokerage means we source a vetted aircraft from another operator that meets your trip needs—especially when our fleet is unavailable.

How do you select other operators?

We only work with operators that meet our safety, service, and FAA compliance standards.

Is the pricing different when it’s brokered?

It can be, depending on aircraft availability, location, and demand. We’ll always be transparent with the quote.

Retail Aircraft Maintenance

What kind of maintenance do you perform?

Scheduled inspections, unscheduled repairs, annuals, prebuys, avionics installs, heavy modification work including STC installations, and more. We service light jets, midsize jets, and turboprops.

Do you work on piston aircraft?

Yes, contact us for a quote.

Can I schedule my inspection in advance?

Yes, we highly encourage you to book as far in advance as possible, as our schedule stays very full.

Do you offer parts support?

Yes. We have parts departments at all locations and can ship or install them during your visit.

AOG (Aircraft on Ground)

What should I do if I have an AOG event?

Call our AOG hotline immediately. We’ll dispatch a technician or coordinate the fastest path to get your aircraft flying again.

What’s your response time?

It varies by location and time of day, but we strive to dispatch same-day service when within reach.

Do you support remote AOG events?

Yes. We have mobile teams based in Amarillo, Buffalo, and Green Bay ready to support regional and out-of-area events.
